What we operate today, stated plainly

Anonymized, operational scope only. Every card carries its evidence status and its boundary. Where a result has not been measured against a baseline, the card says so instead of implying one.

Deployments, by what is in production

Two real engagements, anonymized. Scope, boundary, and evidence status only; no outcome is claimed without a baseline.

Order intake

Buyer and trigger
Operations lead. Purchase orders arriving by email from trade customers, in inconsistent formats, entered by hand.
Systems reached
A shared order inbox, a document archive, an order log, a review board, and a receipt acknowledgement back to the sender.
Scope in production
Intake, extraction, archiving, and receipt acknowledgement.
Authority boundary
Every order lands on a review board with parsed fields and automatic checks. A person corrects, approves, or rejects. Posting to the accounting system and customer portals stays with the client's team by design.
Controls
Non-order attachments filtered out. Duplicate and revised orders reconciled. Exceptions routed to a person. Kadre operates intake and the review board.
Outcome
Not claimed. No comparison baseline has been recorded yet.

Outreach

Buyer and trigger
A firm that needed outreach to partners and prospects without sending its data to a third party.
Where it runs
Inside the client's own cloud account. Model calls leave the account only to the model provider.
Scope in production
Research, drafting, and a review queue. Every draft is reviewed by a person before it is sent.
Authority boundary
No message is sent without a reviewer's approval. Reviewer feedback shapes later drafts.
Controls
Existing clients screened out before any lookup. Tightened rules applied through the review queue.
Outcome
Not claimed. No volume or reply figures are published.
In productionRunning on live work, with the scope stated. Results are published only after a measurement period and the client's approval.
In pilotBounded, with frozen rules and stop conditions. Not yet a result.
IllustrativeA walkthrough on synthetic records to show how a workflow runs. Not a customer.

A walkthrough, start to finish

A quote goes quiet. The agent spots it, prepares a follow-up inside the rules, and stops. A reviewer decides. The outcome is recorded. Synthetic records, labeled illustrative.

Who did what

Agent: detect, gather context, draft, write back within scope.

Your reviewer: edit, approve, or reject. The boundary.

Kadre: policy, monitoring, exceptions, the weekly evidence.

What a correction looks like

The boundary is only real if people use it. This is the kind of moment we design for.
