Services · Our approach

Diagnose. Build. Operate. Expand.

We start read-only and say no when the numbers do not support a pilot. Expansion is earned by evidence from the first workflow, not assumed at signing.

Four stages, each with an exit

Pick a stage to see what you get and what has to be true before the next one starts.

DiagnoseWhat you get

Deliverables

  • Count and value the eligible events
  • Audit what your software already does
  • Data-quality determination
  • A go or no-go decision package

Exit criteria

  • One failed gate means no deployment
  • Verdicts include: no pilot is warranted

When we say no

The diagnostic is designed to reject bad fits. That is a feature of the product, not a failure of the sale. These are the reasons we stop.

The volume is too small to prove anything.
The data cannot establish who was eligible or what happened.
Your existing software already covers the gap once it is used as designed.
The economics do not clear fees, third-party cost, and review labor.
Consent, policy, or retention requirements cannot be supported.
No named person can resolve exceptions.

Three things we put in writing

On every engagement, before the first case runs.

No outreach is sent and no order is posted without a person approving it.
You own the data, the systems of record, and the decision. We run the workflow and show you the evidence.
If the numbers do not support a pilot, we say so.

One company. One workflow. One result you can audit.

Replication is earned, not assumed.
